• We had 7 visitors. WOW!
• Natalie and Madison are new members. Congrats to Natalie and Madison.
• Happy Birthday to Jake and Brandy!
  
• From the Treasurer: Be sure to cash your checks right away.
  
• From the Historians: If you have any recognitions or projects let Tristen or Grace know so they can put the info in the Historian album.
  
• From County Council Reps: Pat got $100 bonus. Tax Exempt forms and certificates needed? See leaders. New Extension Agents are ready to work in January. Julia will invite them to come to our meeting sometime so we can all meet them and let them know how great we are. A Silent Auction is being held Feb. 3rd at the National Guard Armory. Ski Trip is planned for 3/16-21. The cost is approximately $300-500. Contact Lanette Willis if interested. Sandy says it’s great fun for all!! This is a county-wide trip.
  
• From the Community Leaders: To sign up for a committee contact the leaders. A list will be emailed to everyone with the lists of who is on what committee.
  
• Mentoring: Sandy will have a list at the next meeting. The age brackets will be 13 and over serving as mentors to those younger.
  
• Most 4-Hers enjoyed a gift exchange game organized by the Recreation Committee. Lots of fun!
  
• Dec. 28th, Thurs., will be the first dance practice. Juniors will dance 6-7pm (12 and under). Seniors will dance 7-8pm (13 and up). Clarissa and Alyssa will be the leaders. Amy will organize dates on the sign-up sheet.
  
• Overnighter: Will be held on Feb 18th. Leaders are Brenda, Emily, and Meghan. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX New info…..Overnighter is cancelled as we have no leadership as of the writing of this newsletter.
  
• Dec. 9th: Xmas shopping for family and toys for tots and visit nursing home.
  
• Feb 10: Club Days at Spring Hill High School and Horse Panorama at Rock Springs is Feb 10-11. Clarissa and Challis will be providing study guides for this.
  
• Feb 24: Equifest at Wichita.
  
• Thanks to Ptak’s and Wingates for drinks and treats. Jan will be snack’s by Andrea and drinks by the Curtice’s.
